Open the download. Your Mac unzips it into
Clotho.app. -

Drag Clotho into Applications, then open it from there.

Follow the welcome. Clotho starts a shell on this Mac right away. Add your other Macs and Linux machines over SSH, and Clotho sets itself up on each one.
Updates
Clotho checks for new versions once a day and installs them when you say so. You can also choose Clotho › Check for Updates… at any time.
Your machines
Your other machines can run macOS or Linux. All they need is SSH; Clotho installs and updates the rest itself.
iPhone
The iPhone app is in testing. Join the waitlist and we'll let you know when it opens up.
